What you will do

• Engage with potential customers by reaching out and generating interest in solar energy solutions Present and demonstrate our innovative solar products tailored to meet client needs Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support Negotiate and close sales to help customers make the switch to renewable energy Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to a sustainable future Requirements Proven sales experience, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and clean energy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach Comfortable meeting targets in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Competitive compensation plus bonuses ESOP Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off.
