What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals who are passionate about clean energy and have a proven track record in sales

Must-Haves: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in in-home sales Experience in solar sales is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-driven with a passion for exceeding targets Reliable transportation Leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach Your Role: As a Solar Sales Representative & Closer at Champs Pro Services, you will: Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners with a focus on single-family residences Conduct in-home presentations and close sales Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths Work towards closing 5-10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15-25% from qualified leads Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and expand your customer base Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track your progress Perks and Benefits: Attractive base salary with high earning potential Generous bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets Opportunities for career advancement into senior sales roles Ongoing training to stay at the forefront of solar technology and sales strategies Who You’ll Be Targeting: Our ideal customers are homeowners aged 35-65, with an annual income of $75,000 or more
