The Solar Installer will work with the Installation crew to ensure the correct materials and products are ready for the install job, install solar systems purchased by clients, pay attention to detail to ensure the system is installed accurately according to Sol-Up’s quality standards, always work in a safe manner following all safety protocols, and care for work equipment and tools.
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in all aspects of PV installation Experience with the safe use of manual and power tools, consistently following all safety rules and requirements at all times Strong interest in renewable energy and supporting our company’s high-quality standards Conduit bending skills Pass a pre-employment drug screen Clean driving record and a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation Attention to detail of work quality standards, safety procedures, and work environment Comfort working at heights and on rooftops with proper safety apparatus Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively in a team environment OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certificate Authorized to work in the United States.
