Type: Full-time permanent position with available over-time. \n Benefits: PPE Tools 401k match health & dental \n \n Overview: \n We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Solar Technician to join one of our reputable solar clients, who develop, own, and maintain their own sites

As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems, \n Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system \n Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently \n Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations \n Keep accurate records of work performed \n \n \n Experience: \n \n 1-2 years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale solar farms or huge C&I projects (1MW) \n Experience with AC, DC, and PV Systems \n Experienced with locating and troubleshooting ground faults \n IV Curve tracing and Megging experience (One of them - ideally both) \n OSHA certifications \n Valid drivers license \n \n \n Benefits: \n \n 401k match \n Bonus (10%) \n Dental, Medical, Vision benefits \n Truck and gas card \n Certifications available for progression \n \n \n If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply for this position
