Position: Field Solar Sales Representative Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (travel to local residential areas) Type: Full-time or Part-time Earning Potential: $5,000–$10,000 per month Pay Structure: Commission-based, base pay, or hybrid (base commission) options available What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners in person to educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. Conduct home consultations to design customized solar systems using HouseBuildr’s tools and resources. Generate and manage leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and community events. Manage the full sales process — from first contact to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a smooth customer experience. What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, solar, roofing, or home improvement is a plus (but not required — we train the right people). Excellent communication and people skills — confident, friendly, and motivated. A self-starter who thrives in the field and enjoys meeting new people daily. Strong work ethic and drive to hit or exceed goals. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
