Based in Millersville, MD, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our growing team If you have experience in solar installations and a drive to excel, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do As a Solar Installer, you’ll play a key role in bringing clean energy solutions to life.

Your responsibilities

will include: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar panel systems Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Conducting site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor on-site

What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is not only skilled but also enthusiastic about renewable energy To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in solar installation or a related field

A strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors and at heights Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
