Job Description

Sunrun, the largest residential solar and battery company in the US, is hiring Solar Sales Representatives for its Corona, CA territory. This is a direct-sales, commission-based role focused on residential customer acquisition through door-to-door outreach, referral follow-up, and community engagement. You'll manage your own sales area, present solar financing solutions to homeowners, and build a career with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage residential solar sales within an assigned territory
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach, network with homeowners, and follow up on referrals
  • Present solar solutions, explain financing options, and guide customers through the sales process
  • Educate homeowners on cost savings, clean energy benefits, and energy independence
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and meet sales targets
  • Attend weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and support career development

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License (or ability to obtain before role transition)
  • Direct or commission-based sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
