Solar Sales Representative

Sunrun seeks a Solar Sales Representative for residential door-to-door sales in Delano, CA. This is a commission-only position focused on connecting homeowners with solar and battery solutions. You will own a territory, manage your own schedule, and earn based on closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage residential solar sales within an assigned territory
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing, network with homeowners, and follow up on referrals
• Present solar and battery solutions to homeowners, explain financing options, and guide customers through the sales process
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and maintain organized records
• Attend weekly training sessions to develop skills and align with company goals

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Direct or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
