Associate Project Manager

AES Clean Energy is hiring an Associate Project Manager in Conshohocken, PA to support Construction Project Managers overseeing PV solar and solar + storage construction projects nationwide. You will handle project documentation, scheduling, cost forecasting, contract management, and tax equity and debt funding transaction support, reporting to the Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, scheduling, cost forecasting, and contract management
• Implement project execution and document control processes across project teams
• Lead construction documentation management for tax equity and debt funding transactions across all project portfolios in construction
• Contribute to the development of construction project execution and funding transaction processes
• Create project reports and track construction team KPIs
• Participate in project and team meetings to coordinate funding and support Project Managers
• Support Project Managers with purchase requisitions and procurement documentation
• Support creation of document packages for construction contractor requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Administer final assembly of construction contract documents and execution of contract signature pages by AES Clean Energy officers
• Review EPC contractor document deliverables for contract milestone payment invoicing
• Manage internal form and document submissions for creating new construction vendors

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience supporting construction project execution and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Experience supporting PV solar project tax equity and debt funding transactions
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, Quickbase, Box, Trello, and MS Teams
• Experience in solar and battery storage construction, electric industry, or power plants (preferred)
• PMI CAPM certification (preferred, not required)
