Remote - Inside Sales Specialist

Venture Solar seeks an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely from the Northeast U.S., calling homeowners to educate them on residential solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for the field sales team. This is a full-time phone sales role based on outbound calling and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to present solar energy benefits
• Qualify leads and assess customer interest and eligibility
• Schedule free solar consultations for the outside sales team
• Track and manage sales activity in CRM software

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling and phone sales experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Located in the Northeast U.S. (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Maryland)
• Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
• Weekend availability mandatory
• Choice of schedule: Thursday–Monday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, or Friday–Tuesday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
