Job Description
Venture Solar seeks a Project Manager to support installation scheduling and permitting coordination across Connecticut and Massachusetts. Based full-time in Stamford, CT, you will manage crew schedules, town inspections, customer follow-up, and administrative documentation for residential solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Schedule installation crew inspections and service calls throughout the Stamford, CT to Hudson, MA service area
- Manage project timelines and ensure critical deadlines are met
- Review projects to identify change order needs and cost adjustments
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve order and processing issues
- Handle solar permitting and municipal compliance documentation
- Maintain project records, files, and documentation
- Perform clerical and administrative office duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1–2 years of clerical or office experience
- Demonstrated experience in the solar industry
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic platforms (desired)
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
