Job Description

Venture Solar is hiring a Lead Installer for our residential solar installation team based in Biddeford, ME. You'll work on rooftop PV systems, managing racking installation, module placement, and structural mounting on pitched residential roofs, with support from our electrical crew. This is a full-time position reporting daily to our Biddeford location.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar racking, mounting hardware, and photovoltaic modules on residential pitched roofs
  • Execute structural mounting and physical layout of solar arrays
  • Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on solar installation experience
  • Ability to work at heights and safely on roofs
  • Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics and roof environments
  • Proficiency with power tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability for 40+ hour work weeks
