Experienced Solar Installers

Venture Solar is hiring experienced solar installers for residential rooftop projects in the Portland, Maine area. You'll work on a crew installing racking, modules, and electrical components on pitched residential roofs, reporting daily to our Biddeford, ME base.

Responsibilities

• Install racking and mounting hardware on pitched residential roofs
• Mount and secure solar modules to the array structure
• Perform structural layout and positioning of the solar array
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision

Requirements

• Prior hands-on solar installation experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs
• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and other confined spaces
• Proficiency with power tools
• Valid driver's license
