Service Technician

Venture Solar is hiring a Service Technician in Youngstown, OH to maintain and repair solar installations, focusing on roofing-related work and structural corrections on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roofing systems on solar installations
• Perform drywall repair and interior finishing work
• Install structural components including roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work
• Address inspection corrections and deficiencies
• Coordinate with inspectors during site visits

Requirements

• Hands-on solar installation or service experience
• Carpentry experience
• Roofing experience
• Drywall repair experience
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more regularly
• Electrical experience (preferred)
• Valid, active driver's license in Ohio

Benefits

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
• Overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week
