Solar Sales Consultant

Venture Solar seeks an experienced Solar Sales Consultant for its Philadelphia, PA office. Since 2015, the company has built a regional reputation as a NYSERDA Platinum Designated installer and Forbes Home–recognized leader. You will meet with homeowners for in-home consultations on pre-scheduled appointments, educate them on solar technology and financing options, and close sales with residential solar systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners on a pre-booked appointment calendar
• Present solar system options, equipment, and financing structures to prospective customers
• Explain solar technology, incentives, and financing mechanisms in clear, educational terms
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process
• Travel to customer homes within the service area

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Outside/in-home sales experience (preferred)
• Prior solar industry experience (welcomed but not required)
