Sales - Solar Energy Consultant

Venture Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to close qualified residential appointments in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role focuses on in-home consultations with homeowners interested in solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrades; appointment setting is handled by a dedicated team, allowing you to concentrate on sales and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-scheduled homeowner appointments
• Present solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrade solutions tailored to each household's needs and financing options
• Educate customers on how solar systems work, available incentives, and financing mechanisms to build confidence in purchasing decisions
• Close sales and guide customers through the contracting process

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Outside sales or in-home sales background preferred
• Solar industry experience welcomed but not required
