Responsibilities

• Share customer feedback with product and pricing teams.
• Handle all interactions without hype or misleading statements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, success, advising, or consultative sales.
• Knowledge of solar, energy, or home improvement.
• Experience with CRM and support tooling.
