Install helper / General laborer

This is a full-time Install Helper / General Laborer role at Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort in Rancho Cordova, CA, paying $17–18 per hour. The position places the hire on a 2–4 person crew led by a crew chief. Each day begins with stocking the company vehicle before traveling together to client homes to assist with and learn the installation process. Prior experience in construction or trade industries is valued.

Responsibilities

• Stock the company vehicle each morning as part of the crew
• Travel to client homes in the company vehicle
• Assist with the installation process at residential sites
• Learn the installation procedures of the assigned department

Requirements

• Able to climb ladders and work safely on rooftops
• Availability for a flexible schedule
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including summer heat and winter weather
• Clean DMV record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs
