Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort seeks a full-time In-Home Sales Representative, also titled Design Supervisor, in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role centers on designing complete custom home comfort systems for residential clients rather than equipment replacements. Every project receives a pre-site visit prior to installation.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to identify specific home comfort requirements and preferences.
• Present the Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort System as the solution matching those needs.
• Design full custom home comfort systems using the company's defined sales process.
• Follow the measure-twice-cut-once approach on all projects to support client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the home services field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
