Virtual Sales Agents

Solar Tech Elec LLC is hiring Virtual Sales Agents for remote positions based in Florida that cover both Florida and Texas markets. The company has operated in the solar industry for 10 years. This is a commission-only role in which agents generate their own leads through an ad spend budget and receive company-provided tools for proposals and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Generate exclusive leads independently using a personal ad spend budget
• Create and send solar quotes through provided proposal software and access to financial lenders
• Manage sales activities with a company-supplied email account and CRM platform
• Coordinate with internal IT and production teams on marketing campaigns, with a small commission share allocated to the marketing team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of verified solar sales experience
• Proficiency with Sales CRM software
• Personal PC or laptop with reliable internet access for remote work
• Ability to work remotely from Florida
