Solar Tech Elec LLC is hiring Virtual Sales Agents for remote positions serving Texas and Florida. The company has operated in the solar industry for 10 years. Agents work from their own equipment on a commission-only basis and generate leads through personal ad spend budgets.

Responsibilities

• Generate exclusive leads independently through personal advertising spend
• Use company-provided email account, CRM, and proposal software to create and send solar quotes
• Access approved financial lenders to build solar proposals
• Coordinate with internal IT and production teams that manage marketing campaigns and creative assets

Requirements

• 2+ years of verified solar sales experience
• Proficiency with sales CRM software
• Own PC or laptop with reliable internet access
• Ability to work fully remotely
