Solar Sales - Retail (PM SHIFT)

Venture Solar seeks a Retail Associate for solar sales in Bedford, NH. The part-time to full-time position requires approximately 30 hours per week on the PM shift at retail locations, with mandatory Friday through Sunday availability. Associates engage homeowners to schedule in-home consultations, and compensation consists of an hourly rate plus commission on completed sales from originated appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers at retail locations in a professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy.
• Qualify homeowners according to company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
• Record appointments and customer information accurately.
• Meet appointment and performance goals on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Availability for five six-hour shifts per week totaling approximately 30 hours.
• PM shift availability, such as 3 pm to 9 pm.
• Required work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as scheduled.
• Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
