Solar Sales - Retail

Venture Solar seeks a Retail Associate for solar sales work based in Concord, NH. The role operates on a part-time to full-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week across five six-hour shifts, with required Friday through Sunday availability in retail locations. Compensation consists of hourly pay plus commission tied to completed sales from originated appointments.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with shoppers at retail locations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of residential solar energy systems.
• Apply company guidelines to qualify homeowners for further steps.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Record appointment details and customer information accurately.
• Meet established appointment and performance targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Availability to work the required Friday through Sunday shifts as scheduled.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
