Solar Sales - Retail (PM SHIFT)

Venture Solar is hiring a Retail Associate for its Greenland, NH location. The part-time to full-time role involves 30 hours per week across five six-hour shifts, with required Friday through Sunday availability and either 9 am–3 pm or 3 pm–9 pm scheduling. The position focuses on retail locations where associates interact directly with homeowners about residential solar options.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers at retail locations in a professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy.
• Qualify homeowners according to established company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Accurately record appointment details and customer information.
• Meet established appointment and performance goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work five six-hour shifts per week totaling approximately 30 hours.
• Availability for Friday through Sunday shifts.
• Availability for either 9 am–3 pm or 3 pm–9 pm shifts.
• Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
