Solar Sales - Retail

Venture Solar is hiring a Retail Associate for its solar sales operations in Nashua, NH. The role involves engaging customers at retail locations to generate appointments for in-home solar consultations. The position is part-time to full-time at approximately 30 hours per week, with required Friday-through-Sunday shifts scheduled as five six-hour blocks between 9 am and 9 pm. Compensation is hourly plus commission on completed sales from originated appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers at retail locations to discuss residential solar options.
• Educate homeowners on the financial and energy benefits of solar installations.
• Qualify homeowners according to company criteria for consultation eligibility.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Record appointment details and customer information accurately.
• Meet established appointment volume and performance targets.

Requirements

• Availability to work Friday through Sunday as part of the scheduled shifts.
• Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required.
