Solar Sales - Retail

Venture Solar seeks a Retail Associate for solar sales outreach based in Rochester, NH. The role centers on engaging homeowners at retail sites to explain residential solar options and arrange in-home consultations. The position offers 30 hours per week across five shifts with eligibility for benefits once that threshold is met.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with retail shoppers in a professional manner.
• Provide information to homeowners on the advantages of residential solar installations.
• Assess homeowner eligibility for consultations using company criteria.
• Book qualified leads for free in-home solar consultations with sales consultants.
• Document all scheduled appointments and related customer details accurately.
• Track and meet weekly appointment generation and performance targets.

Requirements

• Availability for five six-hour shifts per week, totaling approximately 30 hours.
• Ability to work shifts scheduled as 9 am-3 pm or 3 pm-9 pm, including mandatory Friday through Sunday coverage.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
