Solar Sales - Retail

Venture Solar is hiring a Retail Associate for solar sales in Seabrook, NH. The position involves engaging homeowners at retail locations to generate appointments for residential solar consultations. It is structured as approximately 30 hours per week with a requirement to work Friday through Sunday across five six-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers at retail locations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy.
• Qualify homeowners according to company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Maintain positive and professional company representation at all times.
• Accurately record appointments and customer information.
• Meet established appointment and performance goals.

Requirements

• Availability for five six-hour shifts per week, including Friday through Sunday.
• Ability to work shifts scheduled as 9 am-3 pm or 3 pm-9 pm.
• Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
