Entry Level Project Manager

Venture Solar is hiring an Entry Level Project Manager based in Stamford, CT. The full-time position is on-site at 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902 and covers scheduling and coordination for solar installations and inspections from Stamford, CT to Hudson, MA. The role includes permitting and project follow-up support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling crew inspections and service calls from Stamford, CT to Hudson, MA.
• Support project follow-up to meet critical deadlines.
• Review projects for potential change order needs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve order and processing issues.
• Perform administration and office duties including typing, record keeping, file maintenance, and documentation creation.
• Handle permitting tasks.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of clerical or office experience.
• CRM experience with Salesforce required.
• Fast typing and data entry skills.
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired.

Benefits
