Job Description

The OSP Project Manager role at Pearce Services is located in the United States. Pearce Services delivers technical maintenance, repair, operations, and engineering services for uninterruptible power supply systems, backup generators, battery energy storage systems, critical cooling systems, and other electrical and mechanical infrastructure across renewable energy, telecom, and data center markets. This position leads project teams and coordinates with internal, external, and global stakeholders to manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project revenue, scope, cost, and schedule
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses
  • Perform pipeline management and KPI reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and store meeting notes in the project repository
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, and construction partners
  • Track and coordinate the project schedule with departments to meet requirements on time
  • Update project data in Insite with milestone dates and notes
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop updates and mitigation plans for risks or issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis on project gaps or KPI shortfalls
  • Document processes to support departmental efficiencies
  • Delegate tasks to project team members based on skills
  • Mentor team members on career development
  • Facilitate team meetings to meet project goals
  • Track, manage, and communicate milestones and deliverables
  • Use internal systems for reporting and monitoring project status and identify needed dashboard or report improvements

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Experience in telecommunications
  • Working knowledge of project-related software
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Understanding of OSP telecommunications terminology
  • Understanding of project budgets
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
