Solar Sales Representative

Sunrun is hiring a Solar Sales Representative for its Southlake, TX market. The position is a direct-seller, 100% commission role focused on residential solar and battery storage sales. The role requires door-to-door prospecting, territory management, and guiding homeowners through financing and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activity within an assigned residential territory
• Knock on doors, network in the community, and follow up on referrals
• Track personal sales activity and meet defined performance targets
• Present solar and storage solutions to homeowners and explain available financing options
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to contract
• Attend weekly training meetings

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
