Job Description

Venture Solar is hiring a Project Manager for its Stamford, CT office. The role centers on scheduling solar installations and town inspections from Stamford, CT through the Hudson, MA area, along with permitting and project coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position at 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation crews and service calls across the designated Connecticut to Massachusetts territory
  • Track project progress and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Review active projects to identify change-order opportunities
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address order and processing issues
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document preparation
  • Manage permitting processes for solar projects

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of clerical or office experience
  • Prior solar industry experience
  • CRM proficiency, specifically Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Sunnova and Mosaic platforms preferred

Benefits

  • $25 to $32 per hour
