Entry Level Project Manager

Venture Solar is hiring an Entry Level Project Manager for a full-time on-site role at 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902. The position supports scheduling of solar installations and town inspections across Connecticut and into the Hudson, MA area, along with related permitting and project administration tasks. Compensation is $20-$25 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling crew inspections and service calls from Stamford, CT to the Hudson, MA area
• Assist with project follow-up and meeting critical deadlines
• Assist in reviewing projects for potential change order needs
• Work with customers and internal departments to resolve order and processing issues
• Perform administration and general office duties including typing, record keeping, file maintenance, and documentation creation
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned
• Handle permitting

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experience
• CRM experience with Salesforce required
• Fast typing and data entry skills
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired
