Lead Installer

Venture Solar is hiring a Lead Installer for its residential solar projects based in Biddeford, ME. The role requires daily reporting to the Biddeford location and includes a $3000 sign-on bonus after three months of employment. Work focuses on pitched-roof installations for residential PV systems.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician direction.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and on roofs in varying conditions.
• Valid clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks.
