Lead Installer

Venture Solar is hiring a Lead Installer for residential solar projects. The position reports daily to Biddeford, ME and includes a $3000 sign-on bonus after three months of employment. The work focuses on pitched-roof installations for homes.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Comfort with heights and roof work.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions including attics and roofs.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour weeks.
