Retail Solar Sales

Venture Solar seeks a Retail Associate for its solar sales operations in Bedford, NH. This customer-facing retail role involves engaging homeowners at retail locations to educate them about residential solar energy and schedule qualified leads for in-home consultations. The position is part-time to full-time at approximately 30 hours per week across five six-hour shifts, with required Friday through Sunday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in retail settings in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy.
• Qualify homeowners according to company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Maintain professional representation of the company at all times.
• Accurately record appointments and customer information.
• Meet established appointment and performance goals on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Availability to work five six-hour shifts per week, including required Friday through Sunday shifts, with typical shifts from 9 am-3 pm or 3 pm-9 pm.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales (helpful but not required).
