Retail Solar Sales

Venture Solar is hiring a Retail Associate for its Greenland, NH location. The part-time to full-time role involves 30 hours per week across five six-hour shifts, with required Friday through Sunday availability during either 9 am–3 pm or 3 pm–9 pm windows. The position focuses on engaging retail shoppers about residential solar options and scheduling in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers at retail locations in a professional manner
• Educate homeowners on residential solar energy benefits
• Qualify homeowners according to company guidelines
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations
• Represent the company positively at all times
• Record appointment details and customer information accurately
• Meet established appointment and performance targets

Requirements

• Availability to work Friday through Sunday as scheduled
• Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Compensation is hourly plus commission on completed sales generated from originated appointments. Benefits are available to employees working 30 hours per week.
