Service Technician

Venture Solar is hiring a Solar Service Technician in Youngstown, OH. The role centers on repair and maintenance work for roofing projects tied to solar installations. The position is full-time and requires hands-on experience with carpentry, roofing, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on roofing systems
• Conduct repairs to drywall and interior home finishes
• Correct issues identified during inspections
• Coordinate with inspectors on site visits
• Construct and install structural components including roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work

Requirements

• Solar experience required
• Carpentry experience required
• Drywall repair experience required
• Roofing experience required
• Electrical experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid and active driver’s license in the state of hire

Benefits

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, up to $27.00 per hour with solar experience
• Full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a week
