Job Description

Solar Landscape, a leading commercial rooftop solar developer operating across multiple U.S. states, seeks Operations & Maintenance Technicians at multiple experience levels (Tier 1–4) for its Maryland-based team. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance and safety of commercial solar photovoltaic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial rooftop solar systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system performance issues
  • Execute repairs and component replacements as needed
  • Monitor system performance data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system status
  • Support reliable operation and efficiency of solar energy systems

Requirements

  • Entry-level through extensive solar O&M experience (Tier 1–4 positions available)
  • Ability to work safely at heights and on commercial rooftops
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic systems and electrical safety fundamentals
  • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks in outdoor environments
