Experienced Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring an Experienced Solar Installer for residential projects. The role is located in Biddeford, ME, with daily reporting to the site. Work centers on rooftop PV array installation for homes.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle structural mounting and physical layout of solar arrays.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision.

Requirements

• Prior solar installation experience.
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and on roofs under varying conditions.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid clean driver's license.
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks.
