Job Description
Join the Crew: Experienced Solar Installers Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you
Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA Residential Solar Installer Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array
Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work
What Everyone Brings to the Team Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50 lbs , climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs)
Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40 hour weeks The Venture Solar Advantage We take care of our own
