Experienced Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring experienced solar installers for our residential installation team based in Hudson, MA. You'll work on rooftop PV system assembly, racking installation, and module mounting on pitched residential roofs, with daily reporting to our Hudson location.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched residential roofs
• Handle structural mounting and physical layout of solar arrays
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision

Requirements

• Previous hands-on solar installation experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs
• Ability to climb ladders and work in varying conditions including attics and rooftops
• Proficiency with power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks
