Lead Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring a Lead Solar Installer for its residential installation team. The role is based in Hudson, MA with daily reporting required at that location. Work centers on rooftop photovoltaic systems for homes, including array assembly and support for electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Perform structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision.

Requirements

• Prior solar installation experience.
• Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
• Capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or roofs under varying conditions.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks.
