Lead Solar Installer

We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MAResidential Solar InstallerAssembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.What Everyone Brings to the TeamSafety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeksThe Venture Solar AdvantageWe take care of our own
