Experienced Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring an Experienced Solar Installer for residential projects. The role is based in Hudson, MA, with daily reporting required at that location. Work centers on pitched-roof PV array assembly and related support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Perform structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of an electrician.

Requirements

• Prior experience in solar installation.
• Comfort working at heights on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in attics and on roofs under varying conditions.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks.
