Job Description
Venture Solar is hiring experienced solar installers for residential rooftop projects in the Youngstown, OH area. You'll work on a crew installing racking, modules, and mounting hardware on pitched residential roofs, with daily reporting to the Youngstown location.
Responsibilities
- Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched residential roofs
- Perform structural mounting and physical layout of solar arrays
- Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision
Requirements
- Previous hands-on solar installation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfort working at heights and on roofs
- Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and variable weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for 40+ hour work weeks
