Experienced Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring an Experienced Solar Installer for residential projects with daily reporting to Youngstown, OH. The position centers on rooftop assembly and mechanical work for pitched-roof installations as part of the installation team. The role supports conduit and wiring tasks under electrician supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics and on roofs in varying conditions.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour weeks.
