Experienced Solar Installer

Venture Solar is hiring an experienced solar installer for residential projects in Youngstown, OH. The role requires daily reporting to the Youngstown location and focuses on rooftop photovoltaic system installation.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or on roofs in varying conditions.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid clean driver’s license.
• Availability for 40+ hour work weeks.
