Job Description

Solar Installer Compensation: $23-$27 pr/hr Job Type: Full-Time Evo Solar sells, designs, and build quality solar systems in New Jersey! Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver a high quality PV system

A Solar Installer will have solar specific experience and complete solar panel installs Solar Installer Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble job components; Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware; Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment; Basic electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) Ensure proper clean-up of job site Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety; Responsible for following the safe work practices for the installation team; and All other assignments and special projects, as requested by Management.

Qualifications

3 year Residential Solar Installation Experience required Must be comfortable with being on roofs with pitched surfaces for extended periods of time, cannot have a fear of heights Ability to lift 50-70 pound ladders, ability to climb ladders/stairs Ability to work in extreme weather (hot and sunny as well as colder temperatures) Clean Driver's license required OSHA 10 required Willing to work Saturdays/ overtime.
