Journeyman Solar Electrician

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician (Commercial flat roof) Pay: - 55/hr - $50/day per diem for travel - Lodging fully covered during travel assignments Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join a growing solar installation team supporting projects across agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors.

In this role

, you will install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components of solar systems, including AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, inverters, and disconnects. You will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics while collaborating closely with solar installation crews in the field. This position includes leading and mentoring 1-2 apprentices and requires strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively solve problems on job sites. The role requires travel approximately 20-30% within Minnesota. During travel assignments, per diem and lodging are provided.
