Job Description

Venture Solar is hiring experienced solar installers for its residential installation crew in Southington, CT. This role focuses on rooftop racking, module mounting, and array assembly on pitched residential roofs, with support on conduit and wiring tasks under electrician supervision. Daily reporting to the Southington location.

Responsibilities

  • Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched residential roofs
  • Manage structural mounting and physical layout of solar arrays
  • Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician guidance

Requirements

  • Previous solar installation experience
  • Ability to work at heights and on rooftops
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and on roofs in varying weather conditions
  • Proficiency with power tools
  • Valid, clean driver's license
  • Availability for 40+ hour weeks
